From his start as an ironworker at age nineteen, his personal energy and drive have taken him all over the world, growing several buisnesses and pursuing mastery in construction safety managment, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Conrads pivotal role at TS Group includes directing and managin all boots-on-the-ground saftey managment work, ensuring results for some of the highest-profile building projects in the world. Outside work Conrad enjoys building electric four-wheelers, hiking the majestic Wasatch Front, and spending time with his gorgeous wife, Carly, and their five children.
