Conrad has been heavily involved in Industrial Steel Erection Safety for 17 years. From his start as an ironworker at age nineteen, his personal energy and drive have taken him all over the world, growing several buisnesses and pursuing mastery in construction safety managment, leadership, and entrepreneurship. Conrads pivotal role at TS Group includes directing and managin all boots-on-the-ground saftey managment work, ensuring results for some of the highest-profile building projects in the world. Outside work Conrad enjoys building electric four-wheelers, hiking the majestic Wasatch Front, and spending time with his gorgeous wife, Carly, and their five children.

Chad Is From Utah and has been working for the last 2 months for TS Safety as a Safety rep specializing in structural steel.He has been in the construction field for the last 23 years and has experience working in mines throughout the world, he has worked in Hawaii, Alaska and even the Philippines. He also has experience working in coal burning plants. In Chads spare time he likes to go wakeboarding, side by siding, and loves watching his kids play football and do gymnastics. It is important to Chad to stay safe to get home every night to his family.
