Construction safety staffing & support

Safety starts
with your people.

Safety services are available today: on-site professionals, inspections and practical programs for construction crews. We’re building a hybrid safety + QC pilot within each client’s existing safety and quality programs.

HYBRID SAFETY + QUALITY CONTROL · PILOT IN DEVELOPMENT

Your programs.
One coordinated field team.

We’re building a pilot for safety professionals who also support quality control—working within your client safety program and your client QC program. Help shape the forms, reporting and oversight around the way your project works. In the pilot, Steel → Bolt-up organizes approved client documentation, forms and bolt inspection records for qualified review.

MULTILINGUAL APP · IN DEVELOPMENT

TS Safety Group is a multicultural safety company. Every screen, form and inspection in our app can be switched to English, Español or 中文 (Chinese), with English always shown side by side, so every worker on the crew understands the hazards, the controls and why they matter. We tailor our forms, training and documentation to fit each contractor's crews, languages and site requirements.

01

Choose your language at sign-in.

Each employee picks English, Spanish or Chinese, and the app adapts to them.

02

Side-by-side bilingual.

English stays next to the chosen language for supervisors, clients and records.

    Prepare your project brief ↗

Can we discuss staffing without using the app?

Yes. Staffing and project support have their own conversation. The proposed app is an additional part of the TS Safety experience.

How will employees find their company?

The Contractors menu puts TS Safety employee access first, followed by a searchable company directory. Selecting a company sets the sign-in context; access will depend on verified membership.

What would employees see after signing in?

The handoff describes assignments, daily plans, inspections, documents, time, incidents, and certifications. The exact view will follow the person's role and authorized projects.

Are the features shown here available today?

This homepage is a design review. App modules are planned or in development; the proposal generator exists as a separate tool. The previews use example records and do not connect to employee accounts.

Will contractors have their own workspace?

The planned design uses the same core workflows with the company's actual identity, documents, and authorized records. Each company's access must remain scoped to its own workspace.

Will AI approve plans or sign for someone?

The proposed assistance supports drafting and review. Plan approval and crew acknowledgements stay with the appropriate people.
